Our Senior Associate, Olawunmi Alade, was a panelist at the LMA Lagos Documentation Training organised by the Loan Market Association (LMA).
As part of the event, the training addressed legal issues impacting the syndicated loan market, including regulatory changes (to the Finance Act and the Petroleum Industry Act), divestment of joint ventures, foreign exchange risk and the impact of financial assistance.
