It was a great time at the recently held LMA Lagos Documentation Training organised by the Loan Market Association (LMA), listening to our Senior Associate Olawunmi Alade and other seasoned finance experts.
The training addressed legal issues impacting the syndicated loan market, including regulatory changes (to the Finance Act and the Petroleum Industry Act), divestment of joint ventures, foreign exchange risk and the impact of financial assistance.
