Detail Commercial Solicitors (DETAIL) acted as Legal Counsel to Veritasi Homes Non-Interest Funding SPV Limited in connection with the establishment of its ₦50 billion Non-Interest Commercial Paper Programme.
The Programme represents an important milestone in Veritasi Homes’ efforts to access alternative sources of funding and support its real estate development activities. Founded in 2015, Veritasi Homes is a Nigerian real estate company providing marketing, advisory and development services across the real estate value chain, with a particular focus on property development and creating investment opportunities for partners investing in the Nigerian real estate sector.
DETAIL advised on the Programme and provided legal support on the structuring and documentation of the transaction.
