The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced that it will commence full enforcement of the statutory disclosure requirements for company business letters from 1 August 2026. Companies are expected to ensure that their business letters and document templates comply with the prescribed disclosure requirements under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
