His experience also covers advising on the structuring and public issue of units in the NGN 30 Billion UPDC and NGN 15 Billion HMK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), A primary mortgage institution on the recapitalization of the Company by way of a private placement of NGN 500 Million, The Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company on its NGN 6 Billion private placement offer to selected investors including the IFC and on its NGN 140 Billion Medium term bonds shelf programme issue
