]On the 26th – 27th April, 2018, DETAIL in collaboration with Syncrest Energy will be hosting a 2-day workshop on “Customer Eligibility.” The workshop will provide key insights into the Customer Eligibility Directive by the Minister of Power, Works and Housing; the Eligible Customer Regulation subsequently issued by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2017 and important considerations for participation, development and financing of projects under this initiative.
